^INTRODUCTION

^{Perflex MS-10 is one-component anti-mildew sealant based on modified polyether polymer, MS-10 is stain resistance and anti-mildew, good sealing, no shrink and wide bonding range with more than 18 elegant customized colors. Unlike silicone sealant, MS-10 sealant is 100% eco-friendly, non toxic, odorless and zero voc products.}

^{1- Surface treatment}

^{The bonding surface should be clean, free of grease, oil, and dust.}

^{2- Construction}

• ^{Aluminum-plastic tube packaging: use a sharp nozzle to pierce or cut the head of aluminum-plastic tube, screw on the sharp nozzle and then start construction.}
• ^{Rigid tube packaging: just cut the nozzle of the tube.}
• ^{Masking paper should be pasted before construction, the seam should be full of grout, and tear the masking paper after pressing the seam.}

^{3- Curing time}

^{Squeeze and clean up after 24 hours of construction (appropriate delay in winter or dry weather)}

4- Surface finishing (when needed) :Color paint can be applied before and after the surface is dry.
